The fabric & stitching quality mentioned with the product is as per our best knowledge. We make sure that we deliver our best. The product will be delivered as per agreed delivery time period.
Return Policy
Avoid using the product if it is being planned to return. The customer would be responsible to return the product at company’s address along with invoice on customer's expense.
If the product is used or damaged then we reserve the right to deny the refund either fully or partially.
Repair Policy
If any dress material bought (readymade) from niharikas.nl or stitched by niharikas.nl gets torn or stitching gets ripped off, by natural means then we assure to fix it at our workshop without any extra cost for throughout the life cycle of the dress.
Delivery Policy
We assure to deliver the product within 2-3 days in Netherlands and 3-8 days in nearby countries. If you are looking the dress to be delivered in shorter time period then please call to us. You can also pick the dress from our company address in Almere on any working days or weekend.
